Honors Week

Honors Week is a long-standing tradition at the Capstone that celebrates students’ outstanding academic accomplishments and induction into honor societies. Classes are generally dismissed on the Friday of Honors Week. The week concludes with the Tapping on the Mound ceremony, which takes place on the historical ruins of Franklin Hall Dormitory.

Honors Week 2020 is March 30th – April 3rd.

To apply for Honor Societies, please visit honorsocieties.ua.edu. Applications are available in Spring 2019.
